To authenticate access to Icertis Help Center, enter your instance URL to log in.
Note: Access through this form is supported on Icertis Platform 8.5 and later.
For earlier platform versions
To authenticate your access to Icertis Help Center, click the Help icon 
from an Icertis instance. Once authenticated, you can access bookmarked or shared links directly.
Note: Icertis Help Center is available for Icertis Platform 8.3 and later.
If you still see the Access Restricted page, close the browser, clear browser cache and cookies, and then click the Help icon from the Icertis instance.
